The Project is a “Ground up construction” where all services provided will be new. It includes structures, roads, utilities, etc. that will afford the Owner the ability to develop and or manufacture their confidential material. The project itself consists of the design and construction of (5) buildings, the design of process equipment and required infrastructure with a fast-track schedule of 2 years from shovel in the ground to operation.
Project Highlights:
An onsite central utility plant will serve the various programs
– CUP: Includes process equipment including CO2 liquefaction. CUP contains process heating and cooling equipment
– Manufacturing Plant: Production areas including extraction, casting, ovens, converting, and reactor mezzanine
– Office Building
– Laboratory
– Raw Materials Warehouse
– Finished Goods Warehouse
– External tank farm with 13 large capacity tanks for ethanol and other flammables
– Future Programming including X-25 production area, Thermal Barrier Plant, Center of Excellence
